Times have changed and so has the nature of tourism. Travellers became Instagrammers and the roads became gridlocked with tour operators promising the perfect selfie at the end of what used to be a journey and now is more like a queue.
We’ve been restless these past three covid years, out and about discovering the roads less travelled on our home island of Bali. We’ve mapped out a bunch of motorbike trails that lead to beaches, forests, volcanoes and waterfalls and we are happy to share, to a select few!
